Training week 4
isnin:rest
selasa: 39 min --> 7 lap (follow uncle pace 5 min, xsmpai 20min gua da xle tahan so gua smbung easy jer..)
rabu:rest
khamis: 39 min negative split
jumaat:est
sabtu:tgkap gmba bertunang kat muar
ahad: x-train...berkebun dari kul 8 pg smpai 1 thari..huhu
p/s: mgu ni pace mula stabil..gua telah mendapat suntikan baru dari endurox r4 fruit punch..lepas trening xletih langsung! pace 5:30 dah tercapai kot..so next action is to increase mileage..almaklumla trening 3 hari je dlm seminggu..target maximum 1:20 per session..haaa
