But ok la this time i more confident and try my best to capture those moment on that day.Event ni adalah anjuran budak baru Maybank yg menjalani 2 bulan trening sebelum menempuh kerja2 sebenar. Majlis dirasmikan oleh Dato' Ibrahim one of the big bos of Maybank.Sesi karaoke mengakhiri majlis ni. ENjoy..

Fizikal VS Mental
Bila mental dah terbakar..semangat pun dah naik..setiap runner mesti nk train hard utk menjadi power dlm masa yg singkat..bole ker?
tula yg runner2 xtau..mane ade org jadi power dlm sekelip mata jer..
trening mgu ni, mgu depan da bole lari 4 min pace??
10k run mest ade jadual yg konsisten, pace increase cket2..
adunkan long run, easy, interval and speed work. baru le mantap..
tp pagi td gua melawan arus..
plan nk buat moderate work 5min pace x 6 round(=1km) + rest 1 to 2 min in between..
di sebabkan mental gua dah terbakar, ape yg jadi adalah seperti berikut:
1x1km@4min + 1x1km@4:04 + 1x1km@5:17 + 1x1km@4:08 rest 1 to 2 min in between..
haha
gua pun pelik apesal la bole terlaju ke pace 4 min sedangkan pace aku skrg dlm 5:45 -5:25 je..mgkn bila mental dah terlampau hot menyebabkan ia melampaui batasan fizikal..
ilmu dan pengalaman da ade..kalo xamalkan nanti rugi plak..
umpama moto yg xde pemandunye..hehe..
dulu byk kali gua injured pasal trening so skrg da taula nk prevent cmane..
tp trening skrg x sekerap dulu..huhu
