Training mgu lepas

isnin:rest
selasa: 35 min easy pace 158bpm heartrate
rabu:rest
khamis: 35 min easy pace 163bpm heartrate
jumaat:est
sabtu:jalan2
ahad: 34 min steady pace avg 159bpm heartrate

p/s: training ni gua target untuk dapatkan balik pace 6 min sebab dah lama rase gua x serious dalam trening..asik kene kutuk cm kura2 je..mane bole tahan..
