isnin:rest
selasa: 40 min easy pace 149bpm heartrate
rabu:rest
khamis: 39 min easy pace 158bpm heartrate
jumaat:est
sabtu:jalan2
ahad: 39 min steady pace avg 150bpm heartrate

p/s: lutut mula menunjukkan tanda2 nk sakit..walaupun pace xberape laju, tp tetap dapat maintain hr and nafas pun da ok da..2+1 for the next action..
