All out for the last 200m..

starting late at 8.45am..

7.30 at the starting line..semangat lo..

huhu..this is the first time i take part in the triathlon relay..although this is not same as the real triathlon but the feel is like be in the traithlon race..im with the team of three which is every team must have one girl..our goal is not to win but just to take the experience and have a good time whille competing..

the track is changging three times which at last the runner run 11.59 km kayaking in the lake of 2.6km x 3 loops and finally ride bicycle 25km...the bicycle need to go to the off road and jalan kampung..

running for the long distance not very hard for me but three hills and starting on 8.30am make me feel a bit slower than always..the sun hit me like hell..huhu

time for running: 1:08.34 (11.59km)-pace 5:54

time for kayaking: 31.45 (2.6km x 3 loop)

time for cycling: 1:03.31 (+-25km including offroad)

placing : 4th place with RM200 cash money!!my first cash win!!!
